• Country refers to: Taiwan
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may, with Your prior permission, collect:

• Bluetooth Connection Information: To establish a connection with Your hardware device and read data, We require access to Your device’s Bluetooth functionality.
• Device Measurement Data: Once a connection is established via Bluetooth, the Application reads measurement values from the device based on the range You select. Please note: These data are used solely to generate real-time analytical charts within the App. We do not store these raw data on Your mobile device, nor do we upload them to the Company’s servers.
• Information Regarding Your Location: In certain mobile operating system versions (such as older versions of Android), enabling Bluetooth scanning may require access to Your location information. We use this only to search for and connect to devices; We do not track or record Your specific movements.
• Camera and Photos: When the Application requires binding a device or obtaining device information via a QR Code, it may require access to Your device’s camera and photo library.

Regarding measurement data read from the device, We adhere to the principle of “real-time processing, no storage.” Other functional settings (such as bound Device IDs) are stored locally on Your device only.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service: Including reading device data via Bluetooth and converting it into visual charts for Your reference.
• Data Output Services: Based on Your free will, You may choose to export or share the generated charts (e.g., saving as an image or PDF). This action is only performed when You actively trigger it.
• Real-time Processing: Since data is not stored in this App, each data read is used only for the duration of the current session to ensure Your information privacy.

Data Retention and Storage

Regarding the measurement data read from Bluetooth devices, we follow the principle of “Data Minimization”:

• Non-persistent Storage: All read data is only temporarily stored in the device’s Random Access Memory (RAM) for the purpose of rendering charts. Once You close the Application or end the connection, the data will be cleared.
• No Server Backup: We do not back up Your measurement data on the cloud or any remote databases. If You need to view previous data again, You must reconnect and download it from the hardware device via Bluetooth.
